I have done this before. My husband and I delivered prescriptions to nursing homes & assisted living facilities. We did it as a side hustle during Covid. It is a way to make money fairly quickly but the trade off for us was the mileage put on our vehicles along with the time commitment. But, it’s doable if you have a goal for doing it for a limited amount of time.
@@ButterflyCupcake7 we found the opportunity via indeed. We worked as Independent Contractors for a company called Mission Critical. Not sure they exist anymore or not but they were part of Flexible Workforce LLC. They have grueling routes & constantly need drivers (IC).
What you didn't mention is the mileage when you claim your mileage at the end of the year that balances out everything And then some cuz I still have money Left over after I pay my taxes. I'm a courier and I work a split shift and I make $1,300 a week and I have a family and I still have plenty of time throughout my day to be with my family family events barbecues cookouts plays. We actually work less hours than the normal 9:00 to 5:00 and make double. I'm on a dedicated route where I make $100 in my day route and $100 in my night route and they're both only 3 hours a piece and I still have 5 to 5 and 1/2 hours in the middle of my day to get things done before I even start my night route. Still have time to pick the kids up. Go to practice football games, make dinner. And how I make the 1300 is Im always on my route. I'm always on time then I get bonuses every week
