Congrats on an incredible performance at Hallett.
It's not every day that you get to watch a lap record performance, so thanks for the upload Marcus...
We definitely aren't going to assume anything. We are always working hard to get the bike setup as well as possible. We have too many great competitors in the CMRA to take anything for granted. We will continue to try our best to make the bikes work as well as possible though.
Bill, thanks for all your help. We really appreciate it.
Incredible!!! I love watching videos where our local tracks are being ridden at the highest level. Congrats to you both on the new record!
Thanks very much. Danny is a great rider and it just makes anyone's work look great.
Wow Congrats! Very impressive, Not just Danny's skills as a rider but also building a bike that's capable of doing it.
It was a pleasure pit'ing next to THE MAN known as the Hallett Motorcycle Lap Record Holder!
Congrats!
Not anymore.
That's very impressive !!!
Wish I could ride 1/2 that good...
Congrats Danny !
Love it.
He actually locked the front wheel. You have to get on the throttle really quick there to keep the front from pushing...and he just picked the throttle up a little quick.
Braking so hard down to 2nd gear that the back end is coming around, and he's light enough on the bars to recover from pushing the front like a foot lol. Dude's a sicko....is he still racing?
No, Danny (and I) decided it was not worth doing road racing any longer.
@@marcusmcbain Wasn't as fun as it used to be?
Damn did he lose the front at 6:05?
BOSS!
One track down, and four tracks to go, for Danny Kelsey, CMRA all-records holder..? ;)
WOW... impressive. I definitely learn a few things. Like double apex turn 4 and 6.
Why is it that auto racing is exciting and fun to me, but bike racing is horrifying? That just seems like it takes balls of adamantium.
congrats kelsey you have out ridden this track. hope some one is looking to pay you
So what was the time?
All the lap times are listed 10 seconds into the video
@marcusmcbain I was too busy trying to keep my bearings with his crazy lean angle. I remember being out at Oak Hill with you guys one weekend, when you first started training Danny. He was impressive from the get go.
@@marcusmcbain1:14.7........absolute insanity.
My best time at Hallett is 1:29:19 (clockwise)...LOL, I'm so noob
