C. Crashing a Wedding

- This animation is by far my longest and most complicated. It took me about five months to make (but school took a lot of that time). It was originally submitted at Newgrounds on July 17 2011, and I've finally been able to upload it on RUclips in HD.
This is the Conehead Groom battle of the XBLA and PSN game "Castle Crashers" www.castlecrashers.com/ but I think you'll need a bit more background information with this one.

In the game, one of the captured princesses (the one in the animation) is being forced to marry the Groom, so you have to hack and slash through hordes of his minions and defeat him to save her.
However, I decided to add a twist. Instead, the princess actually wanted to marry him, but the Castle Crashers (the good guys) didn't know, so they end up crashing a happy wedding.

Killing the groom was really sad for me, especially since cyclops and the groom were best friends. What makes it more emotional is that it shows a bunch of pictures of them being good friends in cyclops boss lair

Let's be honest, it'd be an interesting twist if the Cyclops actually brought her to their wedding (A peaceful way to get a friend's loved one from kidnappers would be to pay them, as Cyclops did with the thieves that had her) and both she and Conehead actually loved each other for real

I remember being like 9 and just LOVING this boss. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. The pipe organ is such a badass instrument, so it only seems logical that it would be a multi-cannon badass weapon. And now I'm 16, and just played returnal. Hyperion is literally my childhood dream boss fight.

I'm so glad I found this again. The animation is so smooth, and this is honestly such a great take on the events of the game, and how you tied it all together at the end was amazing!
