When it was issued, fans were so surprised by the shipping charge being so expensive, just shipping cost more than the price of the concept book because it was so heavy. But once fans received it, everyone felt it was worth every penny, all the explanation of the WINGS concept, costume and set designs, everything was illustrated in details. It made fans appreciated the whole WINGS era so much more.
ya same. i so wanna get the memories dvds. only was able to get 2019 and 2020. they havent restocked 2018 and others who sell want way over $200 and thats without photocard. thats just ridiculous prices. it sucks for us armys who werent around back then. ive only been with them since april 2019. i wish i had bought 2018 memories before it became out of stock. its impossible to find the older stuff cause people want way to much for them :( .

"Thanks to" in albums has always been one of my fav parts of albums, so thank you for bringing up that it's one of the few things not translated. I'm trying to learn Korean, but it's difficult! I'll get there one day tho! Great video! I think, because I haven't received my Memories DVDs yet, my fav piece of goods is the Graphic Lyrics Book set. I hope they do another, as it's so pretty! 🥰🇨🇦💜

My favorite BTS merch are: (1) Pictures - and by pictures I mean all paper products that have their photos on them such as photo books, photocards, postcards, premium photos, posters. I just love looking at them. (2) DVDs, especially their concert DVDs and the old Memories, because like you said, as a baby ARMY, watching these DVDs is the only way I get to experience those moments when I was not yet part of the fandom. The DVD packages are a lot of fun especially because they are a combination of videos and pictures (photo books), so I find them really satisfying. (3) Toy figures/dolls - Tinytan, Funko Pop, Art Toys. They are so cute and they make my bookshelves so much more prettier. Older ARMYs, who started collecting from way back are so lucky. Newer ARMYs like us have to shell out more money to get our hands on these goodies. I sometimes feel like Big Hit is my bank because I "deposit" all my money to them. Hahaha! But BTS makes me so happy that I don't see my obsession for collecting these merch ending soon. ;) Great video as always AR.J. Thanks for sharing!
yes I agree, memories is also one the best merchandise especially for me who just become a fan recently~ I also loves the photocards so much.. but since the older goods are no longer available in store, so I had to buy it overseas so it cost a lil bit too much for me and it's kinda overwhelming sometimes hehe. :') so right now I just try to add photocards for my collections (but I'm still struggle to find the photocards from older era and limited event, since it's already rare, and also the pricing is so high... :') ), and for the merchandise are memories and winter packages because I love the concept of season package so much! it's so pretty! 💜 and as an ARMY who come from outside South Korea, I also agree with the translations part! thank you for pointing it out~ I hope HYBE will consider the translations for albums as well just like they did on the ARMY zip and Winter Package photobook. I'm so glad when I found out that it has english translation on it so I can read it right away. 💜 I hope they will put English translations for all their upcoming merchs as well~

I am so jealous of your collection! 😍 I recently became Army in January 2021, so my collection is really small. But I think the Memories are so worth it! It’s packed with so much photos and content ❤️ I wish Hybe would reissue and resell all the DVDs so we can support the boys even more! I also love the photobooks. I like the books more than the photocards but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying my pulls for the albums I got ☺️

Love your video!! 💜💜💜 when I decided to start collecting, the full set of Memories was also my top priority. I’m not that keen on collecting the photocards (and wouldnt dare to enter that world 😅) so I just keep what I get from the new ones I buy. For previously released DVD merch like the older Memories, as long as the photobook is in tact and complete and all DVDs are included and working then I’m happy. I’m also done with the Korea musters, with 3rd Muster in transit to my country. 🤗 I also agree with you on the prices! I had to shell out a chunk to secure Memories 14 to 17 which I was lucky to get for a much cheaper price than the current selling value. I could have waited but as you said, the prices keep going up! 🥲🙃 NOW 1 and 2 are on my list of priorities next since NOW 3 is more common in the market. But I’m letting my wallet get a breather first. Haha! Oh and definitely the Wings Concept Book too! I’m still debating whether I’ll cross to Japan DVDs since that battlefield is also a tough one to get into - my bank account needs to prepare ammunition. HAHA! Collecting, for me, is something very personal. Some people can get pressured and tempted to buy everything that gets released, but for the newer ARMYs, remember that this should also be an enjoyable experience. Collect what fits you, what you can afford, and at your own pace. 💜💜

And the BE Jfc holo pcs...I have Joon and Jimin and they are my ultimate favorite pcs 😁 Memories and the HYYH 2015/2016 dvds (2015 ARMY here!) LY New York is also my favorite just because Citifield is one of my favorite concerts 🥰 I really hope HYBE watches this so they can improve 👏🏼

I completely agree with you on the last remarks with weverse having poor customer service. We don't bother exchanging damaged goods anymore. And of course the english translations are necessary for world stars. Otherwise, I enjoyed this video! I liked the style and of course your voice is always sooo soothing, you narrate great! their customer service sucks. everytime i ask a question they never answer it way im wanting. i asked if they would restock 2018 memories and all i got was maybe from cancellations it will be available again.

Love this video! I was sad that I did not get to buy the wings concept book as a complete set but my sister got it as a gift. I really want the wings books for each member but have not found anyone selling it for a decent price. I think memories are worth as an investment if you don’t buy other merch because it gives you everything that happened during that year. I usually don’t buy a lot of other collaboration merch but I never miss memories or concept photo books. I collect pc too but some are so expensive so I just have to pace myself 😁😁💜 I’ve been trying to look for anyone selling now 2 or now 1 but have not found them yet for a good price of course 😅. I realised they just have too many things to collect 😅😅

i became a fan around that time as well. only started collecting in 2020. ive searched everywhere for 2018 memories. they want way to much and not even a photocard. i only got same memories as u do too. i wish i had bought sooner when 2018 was still in stock. weverse needs to do reprint on older stuff so we can buy. like bring them out gradually so we can afford
Baby ARMY here😁 became one around February of this year. I also hope that hybe will reissue old merchs. I regret that i only knew our bangtanies now. There are so much merch i wish to have especially memories and musters.
good luck finding the memories. the only 2 available atm are 2019 and 2020. the rest u will be forking out over $200 and $300 and most have with no photocards. ive looked everywhere for 2018 and thats all i find is overpriced ones. i wish they would re print them for those of us who werent fans back then.

Collecting, for me, is something very personal. Some people can get pressured and tempted to buy everything that gets released, but for the newer ARMYs, remember that this should also be an enjoyable experience. Collect what fits you, what you can afford, and at your own pace. 💜💜

I completely agree with you on the last remarks with weverse having poor customer service. We don't bother exchanging damaged goods anymore. And of course the english translations are necessary for world stars. Otherwise, I enjoyed this video! I liked the style and of course your voice is always sooo soothing, you narrate great! their customer service sucks. everytime i ask a question they never answer it way im wanting. i asked if they would restock 2018 memories and all i got was maybe from cancellations it will be available again.

Love this video! I was sad that I did not get to buy the wings concept book as a complete set but my sister got it as a gift. I really want the wings books for each member but have not found anyone selling it for a decent price. I think memories are worth as an investment if you don’t buy other merch because it gives you everything that happened during that year. I usually don’t buy a lot of other collaboration merch but I never miss memories or concept photo books. I collect pc too but some are so expensive so I just have to pace myself 😁😁💜 I’ve been trying to look for anyone selling now 2 or now 1 but have not found them yet for a good price of course 😅. I realised they just have too many things to collect 😅😅

I want to get that 2018 memories but you're right, the price is too high now, what more if you buy their old memories and dvd..So I only have their 2019 and 2020 memories. i became a fan around that time as well. only started collecting in 2020. ive searched everywhere for 2018 memories. they want way to much and not even a photocard. i only got same memories as u do too. i wish i had bought sooner when 2018 was still in stock. weverse needs to do reprint on older stuff so we can buy. like bring them out gradually so we can afford

good luck finding the memories. the only 2 available atm are 2019 and 2020. the rest u will be forking out over $200 and $300 and most have with no photocards. ive looked everywhere for 2018 and thats all i find is overpriced ones. i wish they would re print them for those of us who werent fans back then.
