Nice to see you back posting.
Personally I believe that North Cyprus property prices are far too high - NC was always a great location for value - however now many parts of Spain are cheaper to purchase in (villas & apartments) and have more developed facilities with better finance terms available.
I think that developers have gotten far too greedy & this will cause many prospective buyers (myself included) to sadly look elsewhere.

Thanks for the comment. I explained why prices will continue rising because of the limited Land, size of the island and demand. Right locations will be the winner for short/mid and long term.
In fact you don’t want to invest somewhere where prices are decreasing 😊

I’m confident in saying the property market in North Cyprus is in a huge bubble just like many other places around the world. When the bubble bursts the prices will come crashing down. Just because there’s been a large influx of rich Russian oligarch/mafia types buying up loads of properties, along with the usual buyers from UK, mixed in with buyers from the Middle East, Europe etc that doesn’t mean there is strength in the market. The sign of a good property market isn’t when property prices go through the roof in a short space of time. Yes the country is very idyllic but it also has relatively poor infrastructure. They are very backwards in a lot of ways & this is coming from a Turkish Cypriot. How many Turkish Cypriots who are born & bred in Cyprus are buying these new properties for rip off prices? Very very low number

Prices are way over inflated at the moment people are trying to sell there house way over the market value
The high rise apartments opposite long beach spoil the area making it less attractive in my opinion

Nobody lived in iskele long beach or went the beach there 15 years ago ..it was just a flat wasteland and nobody used the beach so id dispute that .
