Good morning, too bad i wasn't shortlisted for Nigeria. I called the embassy and they said they've already sent out mails last week but i haven't received any, till date😭I put jn so much work and effort in that application😢
unfortunate to hear. wait until July and approach some laboratories in Japan through email and see if there is any other ways. all the best. its common to get such bad response. selection rate is very small. try your luck again.

though it's mentioned not to submit anything along but application form....but i was perplexed that without such doc how will they authenticate information, therefore plz clarify my doubt?
they don’t need to authenticate at this phase, they have time for it in next round

I filling form of cot mext scholarship
I can fill 3 same subject but different elements
Example - field of study i choose artitecture- in 1st,2nd,3rd choice but i choose different element in 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice
maybe that's acceptable but I am not completely familiar with UG forms. I didn't look into this year.
Sir, I know It's silly. But Gmail is one email service provider. So it's fine to submit a preliminary form through Gmail, right?
I searched in Google, it said no you have to submit through email not Gmail, that's why I am a little confused.
We know people got selected who submitted with gmail. and there maybe people who did that too. I cannot have convincing answer from my side. you choose with your understanding. good luck.

i don’t have specific experience but in Japan, what i noticed is people take any course as they wish. i don’t know if this applies to your situation. all the best

Hello I am a travel and tourism student graduate can you please help me with which program in mext I can apply for? I was thinks about specialized training program but I went on embassy of India and it’s showing application for 2024 is closed so when will they be open?
Its yet to announce for STC and UG programs. Maybe its in few weeks now..and I am not sure more details about tourism. If its Masters Graduate, its common graduate school , check labs and decide..its your choice. Good luck

Sir found ur channel nd i feel blessed because im just so perplexed here nd there's no one to help me.
1- sir first thing that i have completed my undergraduation in 2022 and class 12 in 2019. However the college i studied in for bachelor's of arts was not in good condition nd the study wasn't good there and because of some reasons i couldn't get good marks also the teachers ain't so supportive.
The question is can i left the part empty in MEXT application form where they ask for undergraduate info? I mean can i fill information about only till class 12th?
Will it affect my application if i don't submit my bachelor's degree?

its possible in computer , i didnt seen anyone printing and attaching so far. do google it its easy to do with microsoft word. all the best

you can refer naturally in the research plan for the motivation or the plan somewhere. i don’t recommend to look it odd. its good if you can make it normal and still convey the information that the if selected , would persue in this lab with this problem. thats my example you can improve it. good luck

maybe eligible in some cases because the student is choosing the directions right. some do this without letting the current supervisor know in the process. eligibility wise, I don't remember seeing anything particular about this.
