The good hair product is an amazing moisturizer the slip is incredible and my hair is 4b /4c I own shea moisture and Camille rose products this one is up there one of the best slips ever makes your hair feel like silk ! Amazing!

Lexi this video low key came in clutch. It’s so crazy how you uploaded this video because I’ve been eyeing the defunk to use in my hair after the gym almost like a deodorizer. I wanted to know if it lived up to the hype and actually did what it advertises. Because I do not have the time, patience nor the product to wash and restyle my hair after every single workout.

Thank you for this detailed review. I bought UFD curly magic on a whim and LOVED it. I had a hard time finding reviews for 2B,C, 3A Waves and curls. I tried the Good hair with it first and then supercurl and I loved it with super curl. I will next try it with extra butter. I have bought the entire line and I am loving it. You did the best job yet of describing all of the products. I have been on a journey and have tried almost every product out there and this is in my top 3. I will be using it regularly. Great products, great smell and such good results.

Thanks so much for this video. I had no idea the products are color coordinated. I purchased the travel size kit of UFD because I was overwhelmed by all the products & didn't know what to try.
A little product does go a long way so I think the products are worth the price.

Yes like magic for my hair... Where i live is very humid and hot and stays very beautiful for 4 or 5 days and i only need i little of both products because they go a long way and i have long hair.

Thank you so much Lexi for explaining these products. I've been wanting to try more products in the Uncle Funky's Daughter line. I have tried the Curly Magic which I only use to slick my hair back in the front when I have a pony tail because I am transitioning. I am so glad you were detailed and I now don't have to do the research looking at the ingredients and then trying to figure out what they do, etc. I now know what I would like to buy. I agree that these products are quality although I have only used the Curly Magic. It is worth it. I bought the large size of the Curly Magic and it has lasted me so long. Again, thank you so much Lexi! I appreciate what you do. I love the fact that you are detailed and also thank you for sharing that the Glossy has silicone because my hair does not like silicones, so I don't use products with that ingredient. You have saved me so much time! Thanks again! :)

Your hair is fabulous. My favorite of UF so far is the curly magic. I have 3B/C curls (not in this picture, it is a blow out from a few years ago), but it makes my curls so defined and frizz free. I use a pump per section, but it will take a long time to dry. I also use CM on day to or 3 to smooth my dry hair and twist it up with a clip. It leaves my hair shiny and smooth. I just bought the Good Hair cream and used it one time so far, but I didn't do anything else and went to bed with damp hair. I cannot wait until I use these two together. I have been using the CM after Curls brand Curlada or BB Bliss leave in. I've also used it with KC Knot Today leave in. They all work well together with no flakes.

Why dont you like protein for the hair? Whats ur opinion of rice water?
Ive never tried or done any research on the rice water. But protein can damage the hair if your hair doesnt need it so its risky business lol

The Curly Magic is my all. time. favorite. gel. It’s sooo good!! What is the smell of the Thirsty Curls like? The smell of products is so important to me lol and I’ve been interested in trying it 😇
hmmm id say it kind of smells like a natural essential oil blend kinda. Like a little more natural/ earthy lol It doesnt have a strong scent like some of the others do.

How do I find out what exact type of curly hair I have? The problem with my hair is that it dries down neatly but over time gets frizzy. And I feel as though I could buy better products for it if I only knew what type hair I have. I guess it would help to show an example of the texture I have.
Honestly just google hair types lol there are so many sites that include pictures that can help you figure out your hair type
Wow! This was so helpful! I've really been wanting to try the curl stimulator, but not if it will loosen my curls. ☹️ BUT your review got me interested in some of the other products! Going to have to watch again and write down the names of them. 😊
If you normally use techniques to define your curls it won’t elongate them. For example I use my denman brush to define my curls and I scrunch them and the curl stimulator curls them riggghhht up! And I know the line is so big 🙈 let me know if you have any other questions!
You did say that in the video, didn't you?! Haha You said if you don't manipulate them they will dry elongated... 🤔 So what does the curl stimulator add to your style that a regular gel does not? I'm all about getting my curls as tight as possible to give you an idea of my goal. I have 3b, fine, low density, high porosity hair if you have any other recommendations. I tend to be over moisturized despite the high porosity though, so protein is great for me.
I honestly don't know much about porosity and all that stuff lol I just use what works for me!

Hey girl so I watched this whole video last night even though I was supposed to be sleeping lol but I have one suggestion (and its totally selfish lol) Can you please show us the texture runniness of all the products? Only because my hair is thin and heavy/thick products just do not work for me. Like when you compared the extra butter and supercurl that was sooo helpful cuz I got to see that supercurl was a bit runny and may work for me. Before that I just assumed it would be too heavy for my hair because it was a “heavy cream”. Thanks for this review I will definitely be buying the travel sized kit from target to try it out!!!!
