Very helpful. Thanks a bunch. My question is how do I adjust the tension on the arms? I need to raise and lower the arms multiple times a day but the arms are set up so that I have to raise the arms all the way to the top or they will just fall down. Is there a way to regulate that?

There should be a bolt with a washer and a nut on the joint of the arm. All you would need to do is tighten that up and you should be good until it loosens up again. When it does, just tighten it up again.
