Because of you I am following Dr. Bergs videos and have already lost 2 kg after almost a month wrinkles are decreasing too because my methabolism is good! But i feel much happier. Thank you for sharibg and keep up the KETO videos. They motivate us.

I've been IF & keto for 3 yrs. Last March when we were quarantined, I started baking cookies & cheesecakes & ate it all. I gained 10 lbs in a month. I've now lost it all & more, but I'll never do that again. whew.

I’ve lost 20 lbs so far. 25 to go. I agree it’s not hard once you get the hang of it. It’s hard to get back once you cheat You are fat adapted now so that’s why your body flipped right back I think if you had cheated with healthy non-keto food (ex: a sweet potato), it would have not been so bad I cheated one month in with some apple cider donuts and felt awful for two days. Awful. Now I make sure to make and have keto treats that eat with a meal and not as a snack I’m going on 3 months now and still learning my body. My keto coach taught me to do a fat fast fit 3 days.../totally kills the desire for crap
It's HARD not to cheat because people like us grew up eating carbs as our food culture. I had regular pizza last night and my blood sugar this morning is way too high. But hang in there we all work at it!
Thank you for sharing the physical and mental aspects both good and bad when eating the junk food and keto it really puts things into perspective for me. I am not following a keto diet but I am intermittent fasting and calorie counting, and exercising. I have lost 5 lbs in about a month or two. The more diligent I am about it the better I feel you are absolutely right about that. The fast food and sweets never EVER satisfy it's never enough and then I'm hungry again afterwards so I try to remember that feeling and how it's not worth it and just try to not bother having it at all. Sometimes I have the sweets but it's hard to have self control at times. Whay does help me for that sugar craving is gum. It only has 5 calories and it lasts until the craving goes away it helps me take my mind off eating. With the gum I realize I'm not actually hungry I just want sugary sweets after something savory. Anyway weight loss is a journey that's for sure thanks for sharing yours!
Theres nothing wrong with sweets it becomes a problem when you over eat it and not eat in moderation thats the problem i think of sweets as a treat like 2 times a month

I can imagine, not feeling good and water retention would definitely drive me back to Keto. I had frozen strawberries, cream cheese and Sugar free Strawberry jam(think I over did the portions) and felt terrible. Once I took those out, I felt GREAT. Amazing, some of the variations Keto can take.
I can't imagine following a pretty strict diet for a lifetime😳I am sure it works very well to lose weight, but it seems very hard to maintain for a lifetime to me. Thank you for sharing!

It’s a conscious decision to not eat food you’re not supposed to eat. It’s a conscious decision to continue to say the heck with it I might as well have that biscuit while I’m at it. Keeping busy keeps you away from those foods. Keeping them out of the house does ieven a better job. Having the determination to lose weight is in everyone’s hands. They just make a choice not to do it. I’d rather have that candy then a healthy salad. I’ve been there done that and the keto food works so much better for me so well. Everyone knows how to lose weight they just got a find out what diet works for them.
This is the problem with " diets", people get obsessed, they think they're doing the only thing that's right, they get preachy. I'm glad keto works for you, but it's more realistic, less guilt inducing to have the common sense of moderation. My opinion, I went from a size 12 to a 6 just being careful. Again, that's my 2 cents on the subject .
