'Magic corner' out 1967 with you as 19 year old.... and you where still Funkin' with the P-Funk Family for many years..... this video footage is from P-Funk shines 2009 European Tour..... Garry calls you on stage, may you both and all the other legends who left us RIP.
P-Funk family stay strong with another lost, Peace, Love & Respect.

I was 15 at the time, so disco, funk, and pop would be mingling in my world. She is a real way helped expand my mind.
She deserves all accolades for her talents! Who is following in her footsteps? A super talent that is missed!

Even when I played in the SUN RA ARKESTRA, I made a point to see P-FUNK when they came to Philly. I remember P-FUNK at the TOWER THEATER. I passed George a joint and we partied to 5 AM in the morning. We need to preserve the legacy of P-FUNK not only in our hearts but as an INSTITUTION of pure soul lifting music that allowed us to shake off our constrictions of everyday life. GOTTA GIT OVER THE HUMP!
I remember seeing a picture of brother Baron with Bernie Worrell. Also there's a couple interviews with George speaking of Sonny.
Ms. Belita Woods, I first got on to your grooving voice with Geo.Clinton (you'd been out a while before then) But my daughter was born and at about age 6 or 7 she got into you too. She started singing like you -the off key notes and all. That was an honor to me, I had raised her ideally, but you were the one that influenced her. I even met you backstage at a concert in Yokohama where the party goods were provided by yours truly -but that was a few years before my daughter was born. Ms. Woods, you left a legacy behind.
