Mahalo nui loa, thank you so much, for all the kind greetings, blessings, and gifts for my birthday earlier this month. We're just starting to catch up back on the Mainland after our 2-week teaching & anniversary/birthday trip to The Big Island. Here's a little gift from me to all of you: My first music video-making attempt! I was able to capture some great underwater footage of my time with my Nai'a, dolphin, friends in the waters off the Kohala Coast of The Big Island as well as in Kealakekua Bay with the new Nikon Coolpix AW100 that Raphaelle gave me for my birthday. I edited a little bit of that footage and added a song that I wrote in 1988 called, A Bright Sun Shining, to share a bit of my dolphin delight with you. I hope you enjoy it. I hadn't watched/listened to this for a very long time! It brought me just as much joy today as it did the first time. I love your song. Hahahaha! I'm glad your heart chakra splashed wide open and filled you with endolphins. I love being endolphinated. It tickles my fins (and the dorsal one is hard to get to!) Won't get to be in the Hawaiian waters for my birthday this year (they've got something planning in San Rafael for my 60th), but, I'd love to make another movie with the Humpbacks (we're in contract negotiations with them - they want 15 tons of anchovies with krill sauce for a whole pod appearance. ;-)
