Making crispy sweet potato pancakes simple

I'll make a sweet potato pancake that I couldn't eat on the holiday today.^^

🥟how to make🥟
1. After washing the sweet potato thoroughly, remove the sweet potato peel.
2. Cut into thin slices of 0.8cm or less.(If too big, it won't cook when it's baked.)
3. Put 2 spoons of frying powder and Pancake powder in a plastic bag and add the cut sweet potatoes. Carefully shake the vinyl pack to coat it with powder.
4. Add 4 spoons of frying powder, 4 spoons of pancake powder, and 1 spoon of salt and add a little bit of water to match the concentration.
5. Now put on a frying pan over medium heat and add plenty of cooking oil. Add the sweet potatoes in the dough, apply evenly, and bake them to a golden brown finish.
