I think there was a stronger counter-argument to be made against Dave here. The game was perhaps not "rigged," as in a pre-determined winner, but it certainly seems "loaded," as in biased from the beginning. Dave pushes the conversation to a point that is easier for him to argue, which is that the chance for him to be eliminated was above 0%. That may be true, but it doesn't require a 0% chance of Dave losing for the game to be loaded. All that is required is for Dave to have a higher chance of surviving than other players, due to factors unrelated to the game. All that is needed is the slightest tip of the scale in Dave's favor, and the game is no longer fair. This is the point I think Whit and Kirk should have argued. The greater the extent of Dave's advantage, the more loaded the game was. I think arguing along this axis, it would be hard for Dave to say he had no advantage at all. The fact that Dave had a lower chance of being eliminated compared to other players, based on factors outside of the game and unrelated to his skill at the game, means the game was loaded from the start. BTW, I still enjoyed this season, just think Dave is throwing some smoke and mirrors with his argument here.

Here’s the thing about the game for anyone playing in it. It would be strategic advantage to bring Dave to the end with you/have an alliance with at the end ceremony. No one is going to give Dave $250,000 bringing Dave in or with you to the end is a smart move for anyone who is playing
The 250k prize is Dave's money to begin with and there are definitely people there who will vote to give it back to him. He bought back 100% of barstool so he keeps 100% of the profits and pays 100% of the losses.
Kirk and Whit have no argument; this is not the same as Survivor since the contestants aren't strangers. Their only point is the influence that Dave has as the boss, but they're ignoring the influence of every other person's pre-existing relationships and the dynamics that each one of those brings to the game. They keep acknowleding that certain people were eliminated due to being outplayed/being dumb, but then try to argue that it's not a factor as much as Dave's position. They also admit that Dave being Dave can be both a benefit and make him a target, but still argue that it's rigged... smh

I honestly think they enjoy working for Barstool and there's no way they would consider leaving unless they were getting offered something substantially bigger than what Dave is paying them. I honestly think they enjoy working for Barstool and there's no way they would consider leaving unless they were getting offered something substantially bigger than what Dave is paying them. I also feel like Will and Taylor hate having to fly to Chicago all the time to do Barstool events that they might not be very keen on doing, so perhaps that's something they're taking into consideration as well. I'm not sure how much the barstool name is really providing to the Bussin brand at this point though

I also understand the argument for Dave and Dan not playing as everyone knows they will not allow themselves to win so there is a huge incentive to keep them around until the final 2 guaranteeing a win. Dave also added a lot of people he knows will never vote for him but there were definitely enough to vote him and Dan out in the beginning so that is not as big of a deal to me.

Forming alliances to get people out is quite literally how the game works it does not matter the reason why. Last season Dave and Dan were targeted just as hard, maybe even harder, because they were the richest people in the game by a large margin and people were worried about Dan's friendships and Dave puppeteering everyone to win his own money

It's rare that I follow Dave's logic, when he's screaming. But I totally agree with him, on believing that Rico was against him, going into the pink wedding. You saw it on the show, where he was questioning Rico, because Rico messed up, and stupidly said "You gotta get big cat onboard". Based on previous year, where Rico voted Dave out, and based on Rico and Kirk's relationship, I can see why Dave thought Rico was against him, and potentially wasn't going to vote out Kirk, as had been agreed upon. Kirk and Whit screaming otherwise, is complete lunacy. Maybe they think Dave SHOULDN'T have thought Rico would cross him, to support their argument that Rico was scared of him. Maybe Dave should have known better, considering his own relationship with Rico, and Rico's insistance, that he meant nothing by his stupid comment. But as everyone says, the game effs with you. In his mind, the vote would have gone Will, Biz, Kirk Rico against Dave. They could have split the vote, with the others voting out Kirk, but Big Cat and Keegs both lost their votes, which would have effed them royally - BC already thought he'd effed it up, because who would have figured Biz was voting Kirk out? I don't know why Kirk didn't try to spin it, and have everyone vote out Rico. Him using his key to pull an idol and save himself, would have messed it up, but atleast it would have been a shot to keep Kirk in the game. Kirk has noone to blame, but himself for this shit.
Next year, it should be 12 Barstool employees playing against 12 Barstool fans. They should have auditions, and select the most interesting people.
