How ineffective are these guys in our transfer team. Why employ Lange all year only for when the window opens before we start inquiring, If they cant get players in the first week of window, why not just make them part time and employ them when the window opens

January is Levy's favorite window bc he can attempt to capitalize on other clubs need to sell/generate revenue. We don't need to buy bc we are a giant in terms of revenue. Do we have issues with squad depth rn, of course. But this is irrelevant to how levy operates. He doesn't panic buy/sell. He and Lange are investing in longer term youth players bc the want to see ange succeed in the long term. He'll get time as Poch did, and that didn't turn out too bad, he? This may take 5,6, or 7 seasons but that's normal now. Just appreciate the growth and development we're watching within this current crop of talent we have.

Love in? I’m pretty consistent on my feelings about the ownership. Not in or out. Be careful what we wish for and call them out when they make appallingly bad decisions. I don’t think it’s possible to say how awful they’ve been in some respects without caveating with how much they’ve grown our club to a point where we’ve been at the top table for the past decade most of the time.
Tel delay could be a wages problem, but If anyone doesn't wanna be with us then just let them go,
