this place is really nice. would love the japanese toilets. the price is about US$1.6M which is pricey but not surprised in the middle of MM. probably would be a bit cheaper if it was in the province

Julia points out digital locks and fancy light switches but do these houses ever have wired smoke & carbon monoxide detectors? I never see them installed outside the entrances to the bedrooms.

for me totally the one with the balcony cause i smoke i dont want to go up or down just to smoke...and its next to the kitchen...and i would like that elevator tinted...imagine mid day sun so high up and you need to take the elevator it would be hot...i dont want to feel even the slightest discomfort if im owning a 88m townhouse....nvm the 2nd floor...4th floor all the way even tho the view is not very appealing...
New Manila has a good location but it's so overpriced. 187sqm for almost 90m?? I'd rather move to the south or the north with a big house. There are already lots of good schools there that compete with schools of the metro. Healthcare, etc. all of that is becoming steadily available elsewhere
