Her English wasn't that bad. I would say for a second language its pretty decent. I'm American of Portuguese descent and i can't understand how someone like Jose Castelo Branco lives here in NYC for decades and speaks English horribly. He on the other hand has no excuse since he actually lives in an English speaking country and is married to an English speaking spouse. This lady is annoying and she should research how to be a better interviewer but as far as her English although not perfect, its nothing to shame her about.
