    R.I.P Jeff Labar.
    He was severely overlooked.
    Great guitar player.

    Seen Cinderella 5 times and Tom 17 times since he went solo. His voice isn't what it used to be but he still puts on one hell of a show.

    Shake Me. One of the songs that got me into hard rock. I was 8 when I saw that air on MTV. It blew my mind. Hard to imagine an 8-year-old doing that now. Guess we were a different breed back then. Don’t Know What You Got was 2 years later. My fave album of theirs. Great as that tune is, it was middle of the pack on that album. Gypsy Road and The Last Mile were the best songs on that one, at least to me. Great to see your joy hearing those. It’s like reliving my youth vicariously through you. I dig your content so much. You’re becoming one of my faves. Gonna have to skip the Bon Jovi one, though. They were always a test of will for me. lol

      That means a lot. Love seeing things like this. As for bon jovi, it's ok lol anyway I rant a bit about everyone's recent issue with his vocals.

    They were one of my favorite bands when I was like 9 and they first came out. Watching you listen to them - I know you dig them every bit as much as I did/do. Seeing that and your GnR poster on the wall.... just f'n cool as hell to see.
    Tom Kiefer is as real as it gets. He's a true bluesman music lover and has dedicated his entire life to it, both famous and not.
    Generation X is very unique as compared to gens before and after. Part of it is being raised how we were in the 80s/90s and growing up on music like this, which keeps us young and rebellious, even in our 40s. I still listen to this stuff at times tearing down the streets on my sport bike, and I feel exactly the same as I did when I was a teenager. Music is one of the most important and powerful things in life...

      @@SarahraeLivingLife Honestly, I like everything they ever did. I love how they infused blues with hard rock. You have already reacted to most of the songs I love the most from them, such as Nobody's Fool and Don't Know What You've Got. I tend to gravitate towards their slower heartfelt songs the most. With that in mind, I hope you will react to Heartbreak Station. This song has an ability to transport me somewhere else when I close my eyes......Anyways, Please check it out when you can. Even the music video is really good!

    I was 12 when my sister send me Cinderella's long cold winter cassete from Texas. I live in rural part of Malaysia where hardly anyone speak english xcept in school. Basically i use the album lyrics to learn to speak n understand english.
    Cinderella is so special to me. 😁

    • @SarahraeLivingLife
      @SarahraeLivingLife  2 года назад +1

      That is amazing first off, I can absolutely see why they'd be special to you. That is what makes music so beautiful and important. It's universal, no matter what you speak. I've listened to artist who expressed what it is like to go to all these different countries that don't speak English but gear them scream the lyrics back to them. There is nothing else that can do what music can. That can bring people together like music can. Thank you for sharing, it's a beautiful thing.

      @@SarahraeLivingLife If you haven't already done so, check out a band called Great White. They were another of the mid-80s hard rock bands that had their time in the spotlight back in the day. Anything from the Once Bitten, …Twice Shy or Hooked records, I think you'd enjoy.
