    Thanks for the detailed explanation of openings John! I have been following your channel for a while and find your explanations, especially the climbing the rating ladder, chess fundamentals and standard chess videos very helpful. Appreciate the time you have spent and hope I can climb up to your rating level some day and play a meaningful game with you.

    It's always annoying when the opponent resigns too quick thus making the days game overly short, but the post mortem you gave was golden and did more than compensate. Thanks once again.

    nice game! i wish he would have played on a bit, he had the bishop pair and sort of active pieces i would think he would at least try to shake things up a bit and make you earn it...thanks for the lesson!

    Pretty strange that he resigned in my opinion. The game wasnt lost despite the extra pawn on your side.
