Nik is the only youtuber (beyond tennis) I know who is able to produce high quality content at a high frequency without ever resorting to dubious half-truths or repackaging previous topics. His analysis and articulation are so well developed that I am often tempted to correct other youtubers on his behalf. It's not like everybody else is talking bollocks all the time (PM is though) but many are sometimes and nobody comes close to this level of usable content (Top Tennis Instruction has similar quality but not the frequency or width). I wish I had this when I was in my teens and twenties.
Moratoglou is such a grifter. It beggars belief that he's taken seriously. Nick, Top Tennis Training, Feel Tennis and Tennis Hacker are the ones I personally rate.
I prefer nik too because while trying to understand the mechanics, the calmness can also translate into my game instead of having high expectations from expensive coaching which adds more pressure to my game rather than taking pressure away.
Nikola is simply the best tennis coach I have ever seen on youtube. Depth, analysis, understanding of the game, clarity of thought.... top-notch content week after week. The thing that is the most fascinating here is that you seem to come up with content so easily and effortlessly. Keep up the good work man👊
Yes finally. I’ve been waiting for this one. There aren’t many high backhand videos out there and the few I found were not detailed enough to be of help. Thanks Nick as always. Can’t wait to try these tips
This channel and feel tennis are my favorite when it comes to instruction. This one has extra points for post match discussions from the tour which I enjoy especially the Monday rant
Another superb lesson Nik. Few people can explain things as well you, detailing things and explaining the reasoning as required but keeping it simple and not overcomplicating things. I’m actually excited to practice high 2 handers, one of my most hated shots. Lol. Keep up the great content. I’m not young enough or fit enough to do jumping 2 handers but would still like to learn at some point and dazzle my fellow seniors!
Hi Nikola! Love the video. Learned a lot. Could you please do a short video breaking down Mikhail Kukushkin's backhand? To my recreational eye, it looks rather strange, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. Thanks!
Hi Nik, your tutorial is always helpful. Thank you for the video. Wish I watched it a couple of months. Injured my left shoulder practicing jumping backhand. I noticed that for high balls on both wings, you are hitting with racket somewhat vertical to allow for the height. I was taught to hit flat with straight arm in neutral stance, with racket more horizontal and easier to time. I am wondering if this open stance way of hitting would be harder to time.
Hi Nikola, I play with your string tension theory, (30-40lbs, poly). I found what you have claim is true only for round poly. Shaped poly will turn harsh pretty quickly. Stiffness rating does not matter that much until 10-15hr of play. Thanks for your recommendation , hopefully this information could benefit someone here.
Thank you. I definitely lose a lot of power because in that situation, my hands aren't locked solidly on the racket handle, so when it's high up, my non-dominant hand has a gap and is half holding on to the racket, so it's like a weak one-and-a-half backhand.
It is a difficult shot especially against moon ballers type of players who make you run on a nothing ball all the time...tge high ball will give you nothing...and they are ready to volley what you hit....tough time

Hi Nick! Could you review Nike Vapor Cage 4 Rafa too? Would be grateful if you could do that..

In the club where I play you must hit the ball on the rise except you are a Terminator T-1000 who can hit through the back fence
Great video! but those cripple ball lines would annoy me af
His technique makes sense. it not the same old bs from these other guys online.
Hi Nick vc é o melhor
🙏
Ok, so when is Shamir going to play MEP? 😂 🍿 Please invite him to Florida and roll out the red carpet for this legend. Your ratings will be HUGE!
So you have switched to wilson shift! 😁
I think that’s still pure drive

Most moonballers avoid the ner at all costs
What are those horrible ugly yellow lines on the tennis court?
