To deal with diving neck problem you could add some lead( heavy metal used in car batteries or in fishing lures) as a counterbalance. You could unscrew this little peg to which the strap is attached on the right side, then drill a hole , pour some lead, then mount the little peg again - glue it in. Optionally you could use place where the cord - cable is attached.
I've got the black with Roswell Pickups, sounds great, enough for what im doing with it. Yes it has a strong neck dive, but i don't really care@@fritzsguitars

First go to THOMANN and check if they ship to your country. Second 50 /50 % chance that you will get a good or not so good guitar. They are not able to deliver equal quality and you could be disappointed. Often I do some rework and setup on Harley Benton Guitars but sometimes I have to return them. For me in germany for that there are no additional shipping costs, if you are in another country it could be expensive. So for your decision, keep this in mind. By the way... my EX-84 was neck heavy... means neck was diving down... Hope this can help you a little.

thx for your reply, then probably it was not only my and yor guitar, might be all ex-84 will have the neck dive
What if you moved the upper trap button to the back? A lot of people do that to stop the neck dive on Explorer style guitars.
I tried it and fixed the strap with tape in different locations, did not worked well.

depends how hard your picking is, for me 10-52 string gauge would be too soft, I would go for at least 12-56 or 13-60
