It's been done in foreign countries so why not here too. That's a great way to store grass for our animals especially when there's drought and grass is scarce, plus it's a good way of securing our resources. Thumbs up to you Senator Crawford.

Nice seeing the growth in the industry. What's the cost landed for a machine like this ??

The white part of plastic bag has to be used by the outside, and the black one to the interior, it is done that way to reflect the sun light Bro.
Greetings from JF Forage Chopper Factory from Brazil. Good job

Nice one man, but it's too expensive for a farmer like me, i have a chopper, i put the grass in a 100kg plastic drum , bore a hole of 60mm on the cover so that the polythene bag can pass through for air to aspirate. Allow the grass to overfill, then force tight and aspirate. So that i can invest the money on my stocks. If it's produce in Jamaica, better. It becomes the nations product for bigger farmers inJamaica, but honestly bro, it's time consuming compared to its cost.
Try the plastic drum and get High gynecology Bloodline Boer and Nubian.
    Just giving my suggestions bro.

Can you make a video of this process so I can see. I'm very interested in this method as I find this machine to be expensive also

@@bio1018 sorry, I'm not a youtuber, I'm a farmer and have been operating like i suggested. It's far more economical.
You can get polythene bags, put it in a drum and compress for air to escape.
