Unless you understand, agree and acknowledge that our God forgives unconditionally for infinite number of times, no one can forgive unconditionally even once. As long as you are told and you believe that your God would forgive us only if we apologise, you can never forgive others unconditionally. Are we supposed to be more merciful than God in forgiving? I am told I have to forgive others 7 times 70 (infinite number of times) unconditionally, i.e., even if they don't repent or apologise. But at the same time my preachers are telling that our good God would forgive us any sin, but have to repent, apologise and do confession to make God forgive us. Many people who think are leaving our church because of this type of teaching which is making our great God unadmirable.
