Tip for lore animations
If you wanna resemble something from the past, use photograph. Maybe to show a memory for when it used to be happy, and show a quick flash in that picture what tragedy happened.
If the present, show a few mystery stories shown or action animations.
Most of all, write down what part of your lore should be in the animation. It will be really helpful, especially if you want to make it mysterious.

OMGGGG it’s not just made in FlipaClip but also fbf !!!! Oh my made respect for you Chip, your knowledge of motion and anatomy is insaneeeeee. I also admire you belief in yourself despite realising how confusing it is to animate a ballerina you still pushed on and created this master piece. Your attention to detail is also insane, the clothing wrinkles, collar bone even magenta’s back hair(hair line?). And the fact animating the tassels kept you motivated rather than depressed is case and point of how amazing you are.

this really goes to show it doesn't matter how expensive your tools are, but HOW you use them! Exceptional piece of animation, Kitty!
This is impressive!! I was really curious on the ballet part because it was executed pretty well! :DD I would love to see more lores as well even like little details that we can find in the background of memes so we can pinpoint some theories.
comics and writing your own chapter books (or hiring a writer) are more ways to showcase lore and tell stories!!! theres something so magical about animating frame by frame animations and your hard work shines so well in your finished products. whatever works best for you!

Anyway, I'm glad you approach making your videos ^^! It was nice to see your process.
As for the lore details, here are what I noticed from the main channel videos so far as well as the compilation of canceled videos on your second channel.
->I think Lain could romantically like Magenta or at the very least admire her. (Or just a girl in the Villain team general. I don't count Donut and Mai though, since in my opinion, the 3 of them have a more sibling relationship than a Romantic one. But I'll just mention Magenta since it's a little bit easier and also most of my theory involves her.) But from what I've seen from Magenta, she doesn't seem interested. She seems very emotionally detached after all, especially with how all the Villains prepared a gift for Lain together, and Magenta didn't bother and just wrote that she was busy. I'm assuming Magenta was the one who wrote: "Magenta was busy" because the handwriting was different. But, maybe that was someone else who wrote that.
->Lain seems to be fantasizing about dancing or being with Magenta. Maybe that could have been his Christmas Wish since he had a dream about it👀? Perhaps Magenta did something that he's very grateful for and that's why he wants to be closer to her. Or maybe he didn't recieve much love and attention in the past and now is constantly looking for it as a coping mechanism. Or both combined XD.
->I also remember in the White Rabbit video, when Lain tried to talk to Magenta at the end, he seemed nervous (?). So maybe he knows she isn't that easy to talk to but he stills keeps on trying to get closer to her.
->Who knows? Maybe this would bring a conflict between Lain and Magenta or maybe all of the Villains. Maybe they eventually start to feel frustrated that Magenta only pays attention to her goals and nothing else.
Because from what I've seen, most of the Villains are supportive towards each other and have a healthy bond.
When Halo cried in Not Reality, Lain and Donut felt bad for her and hugged her. Mai then talked to her, possibly comforted her. That's why I thought maybe most, if not all of them, want to do something good but are trying to achieve it in the wrong way since they are mislead. Either by Magenta, or someone/something else. The only one I can't give proper comments on is Nova since she hasn't been included in many videos yet. But since she did contribute to Lain's Christmas gift, maybe she's not bad either.
But, these are all just theories and I could be wrong in some places XDD.
As for how you want to bring out lore content more often, you can do comics, art pieces, animatics as you mentioned, maybe short writing pieces including a colored sketch/artwork, etc. I love when you put a lot of effort into your videos and that's why Not Reality is one of my all time favorite video of yours. But anytime you feel like doing an easier project to showcase pieces of your story, then feel free to do so! I think the fight test animation of Donut and Mager is the perfect example of an "easier project" since it wasn't colored, shaded, and it didn't have a background. So yeah ^^!

4:50 if you don’t want to go through the whole process of an animation, but still want to do something similar, then should definitely try animatics. they are similar to animations, but focus more on the keep frames. over all it’s much faster and you still get a similar result

4:50 as you’re already looking into doing animatics considering it’s less time consuming, I think maybe you can mix animation and Tweening in there as well. Although you somewhat already do that, if you were to make an animatic you can add some small animated scenes for significant moments but that’s just my idea lol. Also you’re so organized with your art im sooo jealous 😭💕

*Lore tip!*
You can make a metaphorical story with random characters to give bits of lore without it being too obvious. You just pull up, make low quality random characters as a joke (but it's not) and then give lore without the viewer knowing! I did that a few times and it worked for the people reading my comics!

I don’t know if I’m disturbed or amazed by how amazing this entire process is. Not only did you do this with thin lineart, a complex art style, movements and 20-25 FPS- YOU FRIGGIN DOD SHADING TOO- IN FLIPACLIP!

I want to part some wisdom upon you though. Remember no wonder how talented you are, how much fame you get and how much influence you have, please remember to follow your morals. Don’t do anything that would overstep the boundaries and harm anyone. I’m only saying this due to for some reason talented artist and popular RUclipsrs tend to break this rule and has disappeared from RUclips now. They were all once people idolised by their viewers, but now people are disappointed in them. Remember to take breaks when your stress, I wish you the best of luck for another year. But for the tips to make story in animation, you can use flashbaks to the past, and if wanna make a "profeci" for the future you can make a simple scene of the character saying or doing (Exemplified: Mager say something about the Villain's can make and this action will do a chaos in the city.Them in the future the villains really do what Mager say) is understandable what i'm say? Lol
