These were the best tires we could afford for street, beach, and snow tires as we drive in all conditions. We don't really go mudding in this truck. I was dumb and tried to haul a tree after a big rain storm. I know better now 😆
RIP to the bumper. No hate, its better to get yourself unstuck than whining on a rescue recovery group about needing help to get unstuck or paying $6k for help getting unstuck
The edits got the truck out.
🤣 not one of my better videos.
Because who needs a bumper anyways
This bumper was long f***kered up before this. Bumpers are overrated anyway 🤣
Great how to video! Crazy how many people use them incorrectly
I've used this method a time or two, I will not lie. lol
You had to tear the front bumper off to "properly" use the lift jack?
The front bumper was already torn, it's hooked on the tow bar underneath that 🤣
Obviously yes. It's not even a recovery if something doesn't get ripped off.
What part of that video showed the hi-lift jack as the winner??
It was a joke from another video because we lifted a log cabin with a hi lift 🤣
It's always a adventure....
It's the only way to live 😁
😂😂 So stupid using the hiLift Jack and 1 sec later got stuck 😂😂
It's swamp, you get stuck every 2 ft 🤣🤣🤣
@@HighTideHomestead that is why You get pull instead of use a Jack
Should’ve used the Hi Lift as a winch. It would have been just as slow going with less work and no damage to the truck.
We ended up using a come-along as well
Get a Tacoma with crawl control
It easier to have a shitty truck you can bend everywhere...
A beater with a heater! 🤣
Hi-lift jack 👎
Hi-jack lift 👍
Is that truck even 4x4
Are you stupid
Yes when you see the front wheels turning that's 4x4 you Ole spider.

Need better tires

@@HighTideHomestead lol just Messin with ya
Haha you got me! I wasn't sure if you knew we live 9 winter miles or 18 summer miles from the road.
@@HighTideHomestead lol
Ford Expedition 2001
Good car V8 - 5.4L
And then you ran over your tow strap
RIP to the bumper. No hate, its better to get yourself unstuck than whining on a rescue recovery group about needing help to get unstuck or paying $6k for help getting unstuck
Yeah, that bumper was destroyed well before this. There's actually a tow hook that I used to jack the truck up.
Imagine being so self centered that you risk several other drivers safety just to get to your destination faster
Mate, I think you commented on the wrong video. This is my truck, stuck in my driveway, over an hour from the road or any other drivers 🤣
@@HighTideHomestead lmao my bad the video must have switched as I was writing the comment, you aren’t a bmw going 120 through rush hour traffic
@@alexmatthews7706 yeah i hate the scroll wheel. It happens bro LOL
The proper use of a hi-lift jack is to leave it at the store and save your money.
When you live 15 miles from the nearest road, you don't leave home without one
