@@officerdante2578 actually, it does make sense. You see, In wrestling when a performer has been hit with a move, The other performer/performers may try to "pin" them by covering them and have the referee do a 3-count to win the match.
Now, most of the time the one who's being pinned "kicks out". He or she does that by lifting one of his shoulders off of the mat, and for dramatic effect, they often do that when the ref has already counted to 2 and is just about to count to 3. That is the premise of the joke.

Id actually be more interested in learning Triple H's normal day. I know he has midnight workouts often, Has to be at creative meetings Raw/ Smackdown not to mention overseeing ALL of nxt. Plus make time for his daughters. I can imagine how exhausted he is by the end of the day.

Ever since I got glimpse of what John Cena is like through those reality shows, I've been convinced he's only half human, dudes whole life style is a machine that works on a strict system where everything must be in its place or could create a malfunction lol I was surprised how stern he is about it, whatever rules he sets and lives by cannot be broken by him or anyone else until he's willing to compromise. On one hand it's admirable it's most likely what makes him successful, he treats his body, mind, his life & time like a well oiled machine on the other hand it doesn't leave a lot of room for anything else

A man I just could never hate tbh. I've been a fan of his since he debuted and I just have no reason to hate him. He's just an overall respectable guy and does so much in his life and the fact he can balance Movies, WWE, Make-A-Wish and so much more just makes him all-round amazing. I could never boo him, think otherwise or anything cuz of how much I've grown to respect everything he's done.

Warm-up is not cardio.
Go to Celtic warrior workouts, there's a workout with him in it and he does an hour of stretching it's gruelling.

Jose Lolwane what about macro and micro nutrients? you have 1 nutrient in protein powder, protein. You need way more than that to build sufficient mucle mass and just be healthy overall.
