Brother you don't know how specifically God targeted me with this video. I have been struggling with EXACTLY what you described. I know I should be more diligent in the plans that I've dedicated to the Lord but I have found myself so unproductive, distracted, and hopelessly caught up in instant gratification. And it's not often that I can hear a message from God from someone and it feel like new revelation that I desperately needed, but this was it, this was the word that cut straight through my ego and hit my soul. I have been measuring and judging my success as a Son of God based on my productivity and my works, when the only thing I should burden myself with being disciplined in is my prayers and conversational relationship with my Lord and my intentional casting of my burdens onto him. Praise be to God Most High that He put your video on my feed!
I completely understand that feeling so I'll suggest you spend more time studying the word of God, read at least 5 chapters a day and try to understand what God has called you to become.
Doing our work as unto the Lord is one of the best things that can happen to us so instead of trying to do your work to achieve what the world is achieving, wake up asking God 'what would you have me do today, how can I honor you with my job today?'

I'm in college and what you described has been what feels like my biggest struggle so far. Even though God has me exactly in the right place, I've been having that struggle with lies I'm believing about what I'm responsible for, and what happens if I mess up. If I keep holding what I feel like is all my responsibility in my hands, I will burn out. I am in a season of giving these things to God.
As a Christian, I am no longer a slave to fear and anxiety - I am a child of God. I am an heir. God cares for me. He is my father. God cares for me SO much, and I want to know that in my heart and not just my head. I need God's help.

Stop spreading superstition, it doesn’t lead to anything good. “Lock in and save as many as possible” is just going to make more people unbelievers because uneducated and newly converted christians will harass nonbelievers with bad contradicting theological arguments, and claim it’s evangelism.

One of the hardest gifts of the Holy Spirit to master is self-control. Very often i’ll find my mind wandering to the love of money, i’m a stock trader and I use to trade 9:30-4 every day for years. It consumed my life. But lately, i’m more convincted when I focus on trading, on material things. When I lose a trade, I get angry and upset. When I make money, It feels sinful to be so deeply pleasured by having more worldly things. I was able to quit smoking, p0rn, drinking, through prayer and petition. But greed has been my hardest battle yet. Lately, every day I wake up, shoot to my computer to trade, I am soon thereafter reminded by the Spirit just to focus on Christ. To feel the joy of life, see the birds sit in the trees as the wind blows the branches around. To see the sun shining on the beautiful contrast of color in the sky and the grass. Taking a walk and living in the moment alongside the Lord.

What a timing for me to see this video … last night that was what I was praying about: my identity in Christ and about how much lighter I feel now that I’ve casted all my burdens upon Him. Brother, thank you so much for making this video, I gave my life to Jesus a few months ago, but I was not really focusing on him and I also started taking self improvement seriously a few months ago and until recently it was still a huge part of my life but God told me a few things about it and I see it in a completely different now, It's just finding fulfillment in worldly and temporary things and it's community but without God which is very bad and dangerous. I think that when we are in trouble (sin), no matter how many RUclips sermons or tips or how many remedies we try, we cannot escape. But, every time we put ourselves in trouble, God will show us a way out. We just need to put our complete and unwavering faith in Him.

My brother in Christ, it’s always a process. Praise to the Most High that He gave you the strength to persevere. In proverbs it’s described similar to the drawing of silver dross. That process to refine silver was to draw the dross(impurities) out over and over until the refiner could see his reflection within. This is the same with how He refines us, removing our impurities until he can see the reflection of Himself in you. That you are set apart to Him. Are walking in His image. Also, we are redeemed by Messiahs blood, which we call salvation. Redemption is something worth digging into to better understand what we are called into. There is way in which redemption worked with the people of Israel when redeeming a brother from debt. Read Leviticus 25:35-55 in regards to redemption. This is by no means criticism or to say that I’m anyone special just want to share the knowledge I’ve been given by a loving creator. Hoping this may uplift you any way or help you out. Not sure how old you are, but this is way better than the videos the prosperity gospel preachers and Christian witch doctors out there on RUclips post, they try to preach that you don’t need to pray and God doesn’t want a relationship with you even. This is like the opposite and so true!! God loves us not because of our works, but because we’re His precious children and we just need to spend time with Him and get close
