Roof preventative maintenance - Roofs and Raccoons

Roof preventative maintenance can go a long way and save large roof repair costs in the future. Things like trimming back the trees can prevent damage to your shingles and raccoons and raccoons and other critters getting into your attic area. If you see anything that doesn't look right it's best to get it looked at and repaired before it becomes a bigger issue.
