It does sound like we on top but the korean language doesnt have the proper vowels and consonants to make the "rhythym" sound. it sounds more like "Ree-them ta)
iKON's line distribution makes it seem like the Bobby and B.I show featuring Junhoe and Jinhwan with a random dash of Donghyuk,Yunhyeong and Chanwoo... It's a good song for people like me who don't particularly have a bias and are basically just looming for a good track. However iKon fans are getting screwed it's gotta suck to wait that long for a debut and your bias gets almost zero airtime

I understand the whole line-distribution discussion. However, I do think that many fans forget that this is not just an issue in iKon, this occurred many times before. Just look at the earlier songs of BigBang from back in the day. It has always been GD and TOP ft. the rest although it majorly has improved over the years (thank god!). I think we should give YG and iKon some time to really figure things out and see what works for them best. Plus, the original three have more experience and perhaps that made YG want to put them more out there to really grab people's attention as they just have this confident aura around them. Now, I am not saying that the other guys are not confident or that something is wrong with them, I just think that with time everyone will get their part. Overall, iKon has not disappointed me. Their debut so far has been great, could be better, but it definitely is not bad. I am looking forward to their progress!

+GOTLUCKY7 i agree mostly but i don't think its about experience, Chanwoo just isn't up to par yet compared to the other vocals, heard him in My type and i thought WTH, that part still ruins my grove when i listen to that song, i think after that and am hoping it's true they've decided not to sacrifice the overall sound for the sake of equal line distribution
the line distribution is even more severe in ikon because they have seven members; big bang, 2ne1, and winner have five or less, so even for the members who don't get as many lines (seungri, dara, jinwoo) they still get more than half of the ikon members. ikon has five vocalists, yet they're a group who gives half the song to their two rappers, it just feels incredibly unbalanced and it's even more noticeable because of how many members they have.

I really love iKON (I've been waiting for them since WIN) and actually I like this song but.... I don't know man, I miss like something unique from them, I mean is not really different of other boy groups (in my opinion)... +Elena Gutierrez on one hand I know the frustrations of the fans cause it's like 'WHY AREN'T THEY GOING HARD AND BLOWING US OUT OF THE WATER', but on the other hand it's nice that they're going slow and chill. All the new boy bands are just coming out with explosive banging songs from left and right, if iKON did the same they wouldn't really stand out. plus they have like a...3 month debut lol even longer if you all the survival shows. it's not exactly like iKON needs to make an impression, they've already made one. An MV for sinosijak would be awesome though.

+Odice Blackjacker Actually most people have been criticizing it for the opposite reason - it sounds generic. Doesn't mean we don't like it, but with all the creative license iKon has, they came up with THIS. All of their songs have been really generic, as if they're still trying to find their sound. If it was any other group, I would sympathize. But it's freaking iKon. They're a super rookie group who did amazing work during the show. So we all thought their brand/sound was more or less established by this point. No one wants them to be BB because that's impossible. If anything, with the amount of creativity and talent within the group, it's great they have artistic freedom LIKE BB. So no one should be comparing the two groups, because that's way unfair.
This is just what I have noticed or what people have expressed to me.
I freaking adore this song. And in the ending bit did you see those amazing happy eye smiles??????? UGH I LOVE THEM 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Now maybe they're just more relaxed so their songs aren't as exciting as their previous work. I'm sure they will get back to making those kinds of songs soon^^ They're probably just experimenting right now, which is understandable since they just debuted. Let's just keep supporting them^^
