Just an FYI, when you deglaze you are getting wonderful caramelization from the foods that are stuck on the bottom of the pan. You certainly don’t have to do it but it does add a great dimension of flavor!!
New sub. I've been wondering if I could cook my Omaha Steaks filets in this new kitchen gadget without it turning to shoe leather. YES! They can still come out medium rare, beautiful and tasty! I can't wait to ditch the metal pot it came with and get this non-stick bugger! Thanks for the great info and instruction. God Bless.
