Sir Answer for ur first question. Why this resignation rule is preponed this year ? last year MCC use to give back seats after second round to states. But this year MCC is going to conduct counselling for all rounds. Hence if it is not preponed then MCC will conduct only the counselling work. Answer for question 2 is most of the Deemed university opted students are with lesser mark. Even students who got 108 joined with Deemed. Hence it won’t affect.

i think MCC is trying to make a point that guys have to decide which college they want to join and effectively participate in the counselling.. they can't take the seat and wait till the last minute.
This problem can be solved if Tamilnadu is publishing the result on 11 th. So we humbly request you to take some step to do that sir,
The TN medical selection did not even call students below 410 marks in first round online counselling. This is the single most reason why students of this mark range preferred MCC for deemed colleges and not TN private colleges. Because there is no schedule till now for these students . They are in dark. Very badly managed by TN selection committee

Mostly those who have selected AIIMS , JIPMER and MMC, stanely and KMC may not resign as AIIMS and JIPMER is not available in SQ and also the fees is very less and also they are going to study in prestigious colleges

Simple sir,aiq seats will not be returned to state,so they have to update the seat matrix before 2nd round,

Sir I have a doubt (not to hurt anyone) if a student wish to choose a college in aiq, if they acquired a seat why there is a need for them to resign because they must have got the seat in anyone of their chosen colleges 😔😔
Will they prefer new govt colleges over old govt college? When they can get an old college through state, so in confusion if they have joined new college and changed their mind, they will regret so the resignation.

The notification related to Resignation is totally meaningless as the English itself is very bad. The meaning of the notice only knows to the person who wrote it. Because, English is English and its standard sits above a local language. It seems the purpose of the Notice was not served for the reason of badly writing the English.

Sir i have a doubt , I have joined in AIIMS Madurai in round -1 of AIQ . I am planning to go for up-gradation in round -2. Suppose if i didn't get allotted any seat in round-2 of AIQ. Will AIIMS Madurai seat be the final one ? Also , due to third question I dropped my plan of joining in state colleges through state counselling as i personally prefer AIIMS Madurai and looking for up-gradation.
You can get upgradation in round 2 no problem on this , they are making this because in previous year there is a policy of returning of seats now it is changed so they are doing this
Yes once you applied for upgradation and didnt get upgraded, the college you joined in 1st round will be final, although you can still try in mop up for upgradation, your seat will be vacant only when you get upgraded, if not upgraded your seat will not be disturbed.
In second round no upgradation seat alloted means Madurai aiims is final

Answer for 3 Rd question. If students joined with upgradation motive , then there is no issue.
Upgradation in aiq means u can only switch seats between 1st and 2 nd round of aiq.not between sq and aiq

It is a good rule. There are many gaming the system. Tamil Nadu is trying to game the system by delaying as much as possible. It did the same last time also. It will again ask for permission for delay.

Sir Ithink only tamilnadu state has not started gen mgmt seat counseling. Kerala, Karnataka etc has already released the merit lists. So only tamilnadu aspirants who have got seat in deemed universities will face the problem.

TN management quota councelling can be started in parallel with government quota. Since it's online it's easy and possible. MCC got a reputation for incompetence and arrogance
Parallely is not possible many will expect a clg in govt quota nd if they dont get it only they will participate in management quota
Becoz in govt quota for pvt clges you dont know how many students have not put pvt clges in their choices due to financial status
After the first round of govn quoto first round of management quota will start.

If you have not joined in first or second round then you can participate in third round. If you joined in first round you have to resign by Feb 15th, else if no upgradation is done in second round the first round seat you joined will be the final seat no more MCC or state counseling

As we are not called for TN SQ Rd 1, We joined BDS in deemed University in MCC R1 with upgradation. Are we eligible to take MBBS mgmt or SF seat in TN SQ R2? It's kind of no choice given to student. As it's online Either TN could have called all students to participate in R1 itself OR MCC should allow to resign till SQ R2 results to upgrade from BDS to MBBS. Anyhow seat can be filled in MCC R3/4. Pls reply.
