Let me break it down for you.
1. The Patent office in USA takes in all patents from all over the world. The US positioned themselves to give 'credibility' using their trap 'noble prize' and financial grants to innovators. This environment made the worlds scientist think that USA pays top dollar and gives value for innovations. But this was a net to catch best ideas that have been tested. The patent office is a big net.
Now the US patent office gives freely to the DRDO and other agencie3s what ideas can be used for defence and trading or consumer arena goods.
The creator is rarely informed of their tech being used in military of medicine or elsewhere.
This is a theft firstly by USA.
So if other countries use the same means, this does not absolve USA of their wrong doing for so many years in order to maintain hegemony.
Bottom line, CHINA, RUSSIA, IRAN are doing nothing Wrong.

That's rubbish. Iranians were always in Alliance with the Northern Alliance, and in fact brokered a deal between the northern Alliance and the US to fight the Taliban.
In fact Taliban not only defeated Nato, but also defeated the Iranian proxy that Iran has established from Lebanon to Afghanistan, now that Afghan proxy has fizzled.
The Iranians never trained the Taliban, but instead the ISI did partially, and mostly learnt war tactics in the Afghan war.

Wrong information except Northern Alliance Taliban could do nothing from Iraq to Lebnon.They might have been involved in Syria and Iraq along with Uzbeks and Chechens without any gains.Hashed Shabi destroyed ISIS in Iraq.In Syria Assad,Hezbollah,Afghan Hazaras overturned all the gains Taliban allies got.
