This video is so helpful! my son gave himself a hair trim with his paper scissors when I wasn't watching so tomorrow I will have to cut his long hair to this hair style which is really nice!
Our son has thick hair that he loves to keep long and shaggy. As he gets older (nearly 7) it’s harder to keep it looking cute and clean though. This helps. My husband went to cosmetology school so he cuts he and our son’s hair (mine as well, though less often) but like anyone, could use a few reminders after so many years and perhaps a little inspiration on how to breathe new life into our child’s hair. 😅 He has yet to take clippers to it, our son won’t allow it, though he does “want hair like daddy’s” someday. It's a haircut without balding the child....Much appreciate it...what with all videos shaving kids hair all the way down to the scalp with a little hair on top?😂..children need to have it a little long...not bald on the sides....all the time!!..just saying..thanks

What kind of product do you use? Also any recommendations on something not very strong smelling? I’m looking forward to trying this. My son says he likes his hair long(usually I buzz cut it but I think he just doesn’t want to sit and get his hair cut) and wants me to use scissors because they aren’t loud...he’s 5 🙄😝
