Balancing means simply both wheel's spoke part Left & Right.... 1.if you slightly push up ( rotate ) the wheel with tyre setup fixed in the axle,it should rotate little angle ( equal to your pushed up ) & must stop at sharp point... 2.instead of it, if rotate even after little angle ( more than your pushed up) ,then need to balance it with required weight grams ( Spoke's Left or Right or Both )...like a physical balance ⚖️.. 3.After balanced accurately,your pushed up must equal to the rotating angle! *For, "TWO WHEELER ALLOY WHEEL'S ALIGNMENT", there's Special Machine available in their another shop & not at this spot!..it's like pressing the uneven spot to make it even... *In the time of preparing for Balancing, tube is placed after powder circulation inside the Tyre as well as SOAP OIL is applied over the Tyre's Bead!
