    Yay!! A DIY video!! I don’t have hamsters anymore but I do have Guinea pigs so I just change the ingredients into Guinea pig safe ingredients ❤

    i love these ideas! my hamster loves opening walnut shells, so once he eats the walnut its great to reuse the shells after he opened them

    Such great ideas! Have you ever thought of using whole peanuts cut in half? Do you think that would work?
    Also, how long do the walnuts last being filled?

      Thank you! That could potentially work, they are not as strong as the walnut shells though. As long as they are fully baked in the oven, so any raw parts don't grow mould, they should be able to last about 2 weeks in your hamster's cage and if stored in an air tight container, a few months.

    hello! i see you have a pawhut cage, just like i do. My hamster recently passed away. I will adopt a new one next month, and I was wondering what is the best way top sanitise the cage. I was thinking using a water-vinegar solution and just rub the walls with a towel. Have you ever had to do it? and if so, like this or another way? Thanks!
