- SRF/YSS President Brother Chidananda discusses what he terms “soul fog”- a state in which clarity of understanding becomes clouded by moods, emotions, and restlessness that “the uncontrolled mind imposes on us.” He then describes a time when he overcame such a troublesome state through practice of Kriya Yoga. “The technique of Kriya Yoga, and along with that, cultivating a personal relationship with the guru - that burns away the fog that surrounds the soul,” Brother Chidananda says.

Apart from anything else, I just want to mention how much I appreciate such a SHORT powerful and encouraging segment like this. Here is something I can store on my RUclips file and quickly access when I need to be brought back quickly to what matters ! In this hectic everyday world I do not always have the time to watch through an hour's talk. There are times when I need to visit 'Master's ER room' for quick emergency resuscitation, when Maya is drawing me into the mire of Maya - if you know what I mean ! And this short video is superb for that. It has encouraged me to do more kriyas and I am feeling the huge benefit. Thank you so much !!!
