A very nice town or village house with all amenities you need to live comfortably. Lots of potential to change things the way you prefer. I really like the garden area with trees. The bottom extra storage rooms are a big plus for work spaces, depending on your hobbies, and the garage is amazing.

Very amazing house. I will put an another kitchen in the cantina and work there in summer time. With the water restriction in south of Italy, the main question is will have enough water for to live there? Very nice video, like always.
The house has no water problems, in fact it also has a very generous spring well with drinking water, as well as being connected to the public water network
@@alissoimmobiliare I was actually referring to the roof when the video was on the terrace. It looks like cinder blocks with cement. I am used to seeing the tile roofs. Maybe that is what the roofs look like under the tile on the terraces?

For the kitchen it is possible to open the dividing wall and create a single large room overlooking the garden.

If you are referring to the flat ceilings, yes, all the star vaults are made of stone
