Wow this place has towns of potential ,loving the extra land and terrace spaces. Seems to be a mix very early stuctures with much later editions. Live the star ceilings, first couple rooms a bit long and narrow, but with proper decorating and layout could work.

Gorgeous spot and with some proper interior decorating with art and furnishings could be stellar property.

I would turn the rear room to a garage, and build a bathroom in the storage room at the entrance.
