Theoretically, 9999 cps would not work because your computer has to have 9999 Hz, which is pretty much impossible. An autoclicker cannot get above your refresh rate.

if its missing the file why can't you find a missing dll file on microsoft or somewhere and just download the dll file and place it in the program folder and it should work shouldn't be that hard i haven't downloaded this but that is easy to do if you can find the dll file and put it in program folder shouldn't be that hard to figure out that would be easy done.

I guess it depends on your computer you use. I just tested mine and got 260 cps
