Geoff Thorpe is the man. I will never forget when I bought a VR t shirt, he gave me two VR cds for free and we spoke about american metal of the golden era.
I just met him and saw them open for Raven. Super laid back and nice guy. I let him choose what CD of theirs he thought I should buy...he chose Digital Dictator. I knew their early albums going in. Got a photo with him.
All these guys James included are just great people.Met them all once in Germany at the Keep it True festival.That morning before heading to the show we had some vodka for breakfast.

This sounds perfect concerning they have some years in their arsess, better than todays so called metal bands.

This is so cool! Looking back on this years later! To perform in front of the backdrop of “heaven and hell” was amazing - hanging out with Mr. Dio (RIP) and comparing Calluses with vinnie Appice was absolutely amazing ! Did you know that he holds his drumstick between his right finger and middle finger? If anybody plays drums, you know this is bizarre! ! But for all these awesome German fans- I’m sorry to say that the bang your head festival is no more ..😢 but this is a great video of an awesome time !! hey Did anybody notice that my snare drum stand failed on me and I actually repaired it during the guitar solo and I didn’t miss a beat ha ha ha maybe you were distracted by James trying to read the lyrics from the sheets on the ground?!! we’re going to perform this entire album at the HOA festival in a month with the original singer Gary! Heavy-metal forever man!

I've got nothing against Rivera, he's a fine singer, but know the freakin' lyrics to the songs you're singing without having to constantly keep looking down at either a teleprompter or lyric sheets.
