I've been setting up and using 3CX for small businesses for 2 years now. I'm a system administrator for a MSP. It has been very easy to create all kinds of custom call handing, ring groups, call queues, etc until recently. I really think V20 is a big step backwards.

I noticed on the 3CX site it says max 3 desk phones so does all the phones need to be mobile phones? thanks
In the apps section of your account you can also download the desktop app for Windows or Mac and call from there.
It would be nice if you could use your own isp's sip trunk rather than have to pay a 3rd party to use this "free" service.
