About that rainhawk WAS the PS1 name the 3DS remake used the Proper name the same one as this video but on the 3DS version of the game its best attack is Hell Flame/Lightning Blast it didn't learn the best ICE type breath attack in DQ7 that went to the Gigamute monster class.

Hi, I like your content. How do I get the Hades Condor? I don't know where to get it.
Synthesize a Restless Armour _(found in Circle of Fortitude, lower and middle echelons)_ with a Skeleton _(found in Circle of Conquest, lower Echelon)_ to get Skeleton Soldier.
Then synthesize that Skeleton Soldier with a Wyrtle _(which is Armored Wartoise + any Beast family monster)_ to get an Abyss Diver.
Then breed that Abyss Diver with a Garuda _(those birds in the Middle Echelon of the Circle of Caprice)_ to make your Hades Condor.

Tartarus Eagle + Blizzybody.
Alternatively, you can scout one from the Upper Echelon of the Circle of Caprice during winter time.
I suggest doing that, because that Tartarus Eagle can be better used synthesizing your Phoenix. No need to synthesize Tartarus twice!
