Freeze ddaeng is a korean children’s game of tag. When someone who’s it touch you, you freeze and don’t move. Your teammate can unfreeze you by touching you and saying ddaeng. Lyricism wise, stray kids are implying that the person who is ‘it’ represents society and how they always stops you from being who you are. You can also see the symbolism when they said put your hands up, like when policing you, your action is to put your hands up. The end of the song make sense because stray kids now wants you to be free, the last lyric is ddaeng(unfreeze). They figuratively said ‘we’re free, now it’s your turn’

3racha really leveled up their ability to change the atmosphere with the song. like theyve used samples to match the lyrics and stuff, but esp with Charmer, the song proves itself to be a "Charmer". the atmosphere is stronger, more impactful, and more immersive. -like Felix even hisses at the end when he said "Yes". so their like the flutist and the snake at the same time. Danceracha went and added more tone color to their voices. like theyve shown more tone manipulation in this album! Esp in Maniac, coz danceracha just centered in all chorus. And vocalracha? more mature and immersive, like their voices penetrates and harmonizes-like the strings in their maniac vid, it's like their voices reaches out to you and wrings you. This album is so much and so much more 😭 it's a good year to be a STAY 💕
Hyunjin in Venom literally KILLED me, his flow and voice omg!!! How can he control his voice and flow so well, that we got from sexy seductive soft rap to very hardcore rap in the same album. I'm mind blown honestly. WOW
