Baby Beluga Whale playing with Blowup Dolphin

- Went to Arctic Cove at Marineland, a little girl carried a Blow-up Dolphin toy and was playing with the Baby Beluga Whale. The little whale thought the toy dolphin was the real one, and was copying what it did, spinning around, swim up and down. Very cute!!

Finally a kid that isn't slapping the glass while their useless parent stands there and let's em.
I think most kids at that age or younger will slap that glass... Even I saw adults slap glasses like tapping the fish tank... So it's amazing to see a kid that is not slapping the glass, and interact with the cute creature =)

This is at Marinland, Niagara Falls Canada. Check their website and see what date they are open till. Like Canada wonderland, they might close after certain date when the weather gets cold.

Such a beautiful creatures, but it is incredibly cruel to keep these amazing whales in a concrete bathtub for the rest of their lives. Please do not visit marine parks that display captive cetaceans. If you want to truly educate your child, let them see whales in nature, go on a whale watching tour instead.
Sometimes animals are kept in captivity or other reasons such as medical conditions or separation from its pod and the animals are kept happy and entertained so by taking them away from the so called “concrete bathtub” would cause them harm

some dolphins do not agree. some enter captive on own free will. check out zoos.media video on amazon river dolphins and have part about bottle nose dolphins. At Dolphin Reef Eilat they let dolphin chose if want to be in captivity or not.

Willy (Keiko) was freed and died a tragic death because of it. Starving, alone and dying of disease, poor thing. That wouldn't have happened if he had just stayed in human care.
