They also got me back into the gym, but this time not only do I feel stronger- workouts also feel like play :) I go home feeling energized & happy. they've been such good role models in that sense!
Chisa is the funniest I love her so much 🤣❤️ yes especially during Mascara period, Jurin and Hinata were quite thin, given that camera would actually “magnify” your body, they would have looked even thinner in real life. They look great no matter what, but I do appreciate some additional muscles to support them through more challenging schedules. I personally feel significantly stronger after starting to put on more muscles, I’m sure they feel healthier too.💕
@@rin-qz4si yes!! Hinata’s change was the biggest to me. Chisa made me cry so much in the next episodes!! Everything she’s been through just made me love her more 💕 i will try to edit the videos, they are too long haha and I lost control a few times, had to take a break 😆
21:24 im crying lol i had such bad body issues for most of my life & was so cruel to myself. XG actually changed a lot for me. I feel like my perspectives are constantly getting healthier as I watch their journey. I've also put in a ton of work to heal, but having good public role models makes it SO much easier ❤️🩹🙏🏻 thank you for your beautiful content!! You have the same qualities that make all of the members so endearing. You're such a bright light!

I am so happy XG is helping you in your healing journey, being able to see strong positive role models definitely makes things a lot easier❤️ whenever I feel like giving up training I’d take a look at Chisa’s muscle mother pictures haha and that inspired me. Thank you very much for watching and sharing! I hesitated a little and not sure if I should expose these thoughts, but decided I wanted to be honest & open and very glad I did!
