I don't think Chisa's set was disconnected at all. Harvey entered the atmosphere from her space journey to destroy idol stereotypes. When she crashed through the idol, there is a brief clip in black and white where she turns to look up towards Chisa's arrival. That also ties in Harvey's second appearance on the float. Chisa then breaks through, which allows Maya's entrance.

Wait, did Maya really say to you, “Chisa wants to see you”?! 😮 She’s baaaaaaaad 😂
