Why are people so stooked about his physique? Train regularly, eat right and its achievable. The problem is when you see these kind of vids on youtube on your couch, do nothing and eat junk foods.

No, but everyone with atleast some bodybuilding experience can confirm that he used/uses steroids. This level of mass isn't achievable by only "training regularly, eating right", sleeping or i don't know what else. Especially with low level of body fat, like he has. And he does not even lift for "long" period of time. You can get big or lean without steroids, but it's almost impossible to get both. By big I mean like him. I don't want to take credit from him or anything and I don't want to be one of these "lazy everything is impossible guys", but thinking you can get that big, lean, is delusional. Compare him with Ronaldo, for example. Ronaldo has great, ripped physique, he does everything for it and he is NOWHERE NEAR to size of Adama.
