I really like how you keep ignore pain up as much as possible, and not spam revenge. What I like to do different is to use the Titanic Throw talent & Improved Heroic Throw talent. It’s a 1-2% DPS loss for guaranteed snap threat on large groups. Which is especially useful in groups with front-loaded DPS. I also like to use Bolster. It gives 15 seconds of block & virtually guarantees 100% block uptime. I also like to use Battle-Scarred Veteran. That talent gets a lot of ridicule, but if ignore pain & block are maintained it procs at good times.
Already with champions bulwark you ahould have 100% uptime, or so around. And it should actually be giving more sb uptime ghan bolster. And I guess if you struggle with threat you have a nice fix, but it's not the most efficient way of playing the class.
