So many people want to talk about how much he complains about his teammates, which I get, I guess. Nobody wants to hear someone complain. But at the same time, all his teammates are high Onyx players. When you’re playing at that level it’s kind of expected of you to be making smarter decisions and having a higher sense of awareness. Only thing I can think of as a mildly reasonable argument as to why most of his matchmaking teammates don’t play so well is the added pressure of realizing they are on the same team as Lucid. Too much adrenaline causing them to tweak.

Most of what he wants is people to actually play Halo with their brain. Like at the end when he is fighting 2 in B and no one is looking when they absolutely need that cap

Question, My overall win rate percentage is 50% now I play for an hour a day, if you would know, how many hours of practice would you or I need per day to have a percentage win rate of 80% or higher? Thank you in advance. :)
In ranked? 80% win rate would be insane. There’s also really no quantifiable answer to give you as to how long to practice. An hour a day isn’t much, it also takes a lot of time, years even, to develop top level skill at Halo.
sbmm tries to put around 50 percent win rate, so youre fighting an algorithm more so than other players lol, even if you keep winning youll keep getting worse and worse teammates and vice versa. Dont put too much though on that number, just try to get better at the video game

You’re not gonna be good with 1 hour a day. Also win rate does not matter, not even a tiny bit. Wins don’t mean you’re good at the game. So 50% is fine, mine is always 55-60%, but 50% is pretty normal.

He uses it because it's the meta. It's really powerful and he hates that its so accessible and allows otherwise bad players (or just someone with not so good aim) to come out on top in a gun fight because they have a pillar and you don't.
Yeah I mean that's unfortunately the issue with a strong meta like that. If you're not also doing it you're basically handicapping yourself, it'd be like playing in the mangler meta and not using the mangler (pre GA), or playing in drop weapon meta and not using it. It's doable but you're going to be at a disadvantage, so you do it even if you don't like it
