I bought (Michaels store) ‘several’ pkgs with different designs & folded tops down to use as regular A2 ENVELOPES ✉️ - Added white circular, self-adhesive labels (stationery store) for address to complete a spectacularly colorful mailing ❣️

out-bound mail. Once thought he was having a heart attack, NOPE, he saw envelop decorated w/ large gorilla head wlearing full makeup, wearing earrings & a Victorian hatPoor man- HAhaha

I have taken the same viewpoint as you and send out cards to distract folks in isolation, to maintain contact with friends and family, and to encourage others to return to social exchanges not connected to social media. I tend to believe that most folks like to receive something in the mail that they can read without it being connected to money, medicine, morals, or politics.

I love making quilt cards and I do agree with you that embossing the DSP enriches and finishes off the layout. Embossing a quilt block makes all the seams melt together and look flawless. 😊❤️

Hello my friend, Margie! So glad you found me even if it wasn't live. I go live on Facebook and should probably mention that in my introduction. I then upload the live video to RUclips the same day - I'm sure that is why it can be confusing. Now last week you DID join me live on Facebook so that is where you need to look on Fridays at 1:00 pm central. I'm so glad you mail out RAK's each day - that is quite a commitment to others and a worthy service. Never underestimate the value of what you do for others (and your own art). Hugs back!

I mainly send birthday cards, but I make for all occasions like: weddings, sympathy, baby, Christmas, Easter. Female birthday cards I find a lot easier than male.

Each month I send out 50 encouragement cards for people in nursing homes, shut-ins, inmates, and those who I know are chronically ill.
Then I send monthly BD, Anni, get well, sympathy, and think of you. Can't remember if I've shared that with you or not 🤔
