Aditya shouldn't be killed. He has such a brilliant character graph. Such a illogical & nonsense track. And that duplicate one🤦... What a absurdity it was ... First Surrogacy track, then Ruhi kidnapping & eventual Adi killing. These were the worst tracks. Should not be done, come what may. They have ruined the whole crux of the show, which otherwise was such a amazing show.
Yep I couldn't agree more. All tracks bit by bit spelt doom for the entire show... Going behind Ishita's back and getting Shagun to be a surrogate was super low, but they just topped that by getting Ruhi kidnapped and killing the very soul of their show. And they topped that even more by killing whatever was left of the show with Adi. I could never look at Raman Ishita's relationship the same way again with the first, never looked at Raman Ishita's relationship with Ruhi the same way with the second, and can never look at Ishita the same way with the third. Which like you're saying is just disappointing since it was a very very good show.. But all three tracks just left so much bitterness....
@@RSH554 Absolutely, I use to think that Surrogacy, & that too through Shagun was quite unnecessary thing as Raman doesn't trust her at all & secondly it ends any possible chance of Ishita's pregnancy later, even if not be. But then while watching, I realised, it could be great redemption for Shagun's character as Shagun herself wanted to do this gesture for all the wrong she did to Ishita & Raman especially, as she left him unfairly for somebody. And then after handing over the child to them, perhaps she & Dr. Manoj would have united. And all four of them could co-exist peacefully & do co-parenting. But wait No... they just had to spoiled it completely by kidnapping Ruhi & separating Raman-Ishita and making Shagun villain again. Sometimes finites series do much better justice to the story. Raman married with Shagun for 6-7 years & Raman Ishita were together for barely 2 or 3 years max but 7 long years sepration. And meanwhile Ishita stayed with her friend Mani & Raman with his ex- wife. He stayed with Shagun much more. And the wonder child Ruhi with 3rd person. Wasn't she good with Shagun then? The whole court justice went vain. Quite unimaginable. I mean Seriously. The way Raman Shagun separated were the same way for which Raman Ishita got separated too. Then where is Mohabbatein, & what's the DIFFERENCE left. And after almost ruining the essence of the show, they didn't stop there, they killed Adi too & by whome? Great Ishita. Wow... Where has Adi's improvement gone. He was once a spoilt kid for brief period but he grew up to be nice boy. Acc to me, It was huge insult to all 3 parent-Raman, Shagun & Ishita. How could they do that. I mean 🤦So many loop holes.. You know what, The more l write about it , the more irritated I'm getting. It was such amazing show with brilliant cast, Superb leads, strong core story which was going so smooth, otherwise. These things spoils the fun.
@@skd2650 Exactly I had the same problem with Shagun's surrogacy, more than the fact that Shagun was pregnant, it was the fact that Ishita wasn't ever able to give birth. I think she's quite literally the ONLY FL on ITV who never gives birth. I seriously cannot think of any other. Infinite are supposedly infertile, but they all magically recover and have one child at least. Ishita also deserved the entire experience of having a child, which included being pregnant with it. And this is fair enough as well if it was truly just Shagun's redemption and they left it at that and allowed both couples to part and co-parent, but its like you're saying, the entire story took such a twisted turn with the leap that you just don't know what to say about it anymore 🤣 Raman Ishita were together for a maximum of two years, he spent 6 years and an additional 7, in whatever shape or form, then an additional year, with Shagun. Even by the end he wasn't with Ishita for this long jitna time apni ex ke saath guzar diya for one reason or the other. And ditto jab Ruhi ka itna hi bura hashar karna tha, then Ishita being her saviour was completely moot. She was better off with Shagun at this rate, she would be neglected yeah, but she wouldn't have gotten kidnapped and tortured at least. Lastly, exactly, even with two stories that left so much bitterness for everyone, they took the last bit of sanity left in the show and completely destroyed that as well. Adi was a grey character much like every other character in the show after the leap, but he wasn't a villain. I HATE what they did to him out of the blue. To make him Shagun's son again, they reverted back to a hundred times worse version of what he was when he was a child. Shagun was a super petty person, but this isn't her either, let alone Raman Ishita who would intentionally take advantage of their parents when they are sick no less, and turn negative. And ROFL I'm with you there. I adore the show and its characters most of the time at least.🤣 But there are some stories which are just so so not needed! And when you pointed out the exact three the show would've been miles better off without, I couldn't help but also remember how crappy all three were🤣🤣 And that also makes me think, how different YHM would've been if it ended with Ishita getting pregnant shortly after Adi accepted her. They would of course never do that, because of how successful it was, but if it did indeed end there, there wouldn't be a single complain about the show either 🤣
@@RSH554 Absolutely, I'm failed to understand the "Need" behind Ruhi's kidnapping & Adi's death, when this is not that type of story. You can't make Mother India all the time. One after another, every character is turning positive to grey to negative except Ishita, which became so annoying after a point. Oh I just remember that awful Bhoot track, 🤦.. & what funny is that It appeared again after a while.😂 While watching#YHM again Sometimes I even think, in order to make Ishita, the step mother, extraordinary, superwoman, they have just made everyone around extremely negative & irrational, which wasn't the need. Even biological parents have been shown randomly disheartening. I mean WHY?? Offcourse Shagun was careless mother & terrible wife but still she's Mother to Adi, Ruhi & even Pihu too. Adi stayed with Shagun & Raman most of his life & even Pihu too & she genuinely got changed for good but again makers had to ruin her. I mean...Why. what's the need. What I want to say is that to raise one up does not require bringing down the other. Same goes with Raman, he was a shown protective, strict father & impulsive person in general but again Ishita has been shown deity comparetivily. She just not ever appeared to be a normal human being just like others, which is absolutely has gone out of my head. Lastly, you know what , why #YHM worked, according to me, was because of the magical chemistry of the leads & their individual performances & supporting cast performances otherwise writers has left no stone unturned to destroy the real core & logical story. Karan & Divyanka has really lived up #Ishra so well that audience actually felt for their sepration & longings despite of multiple loop holes in the story.
@@skd2650 And look at what show they're trying to make Mother India out of 🤣🤣 Its so ironic, you can tell Ekta has a weird obsession with Mother India, hence the Tulsi shooting Ansh storyline in Kyunki, Prem sarcastically calling Prerna Mother India in the entire show. But that's the thing, that was a different decade, this awful story might've worked then, there was no way it was going to work now. Woh bhi Ishita ke saath, the same FL who's entire character revolved around the pain infertile women feel at not being able to conceive, and now you're meant to somehow believe that the same woman who yearned for a child, killed one of her own for a random outsider? Like seriously? And lol yeah, I know people feel the show lost it at the leap. But it had started getting very very nonsensical long before the leap itself, which was precisely this bhoot track. I don't there there is a single story in the entire show where I quite literally FF to the end other than this and Adi's death 🤣 It was just so so nonsensical 🤣 Itna supernatural dikhake everything being a plan just made it even more nonsensical 🤣 About Ishita yep, that was it more than anything else. She was a very very popular character and in an attempt to show her as an extraordinary human being who can balance 500 relationships together, what ended up happening unfortunately was that she didn't remain loyal to a single one. After Adi's death, her relationship with the entire family, including Raman and Ruhi was never the same again. Everyone accepted her again of course, but they had Adi's death hanging on their heads and no one would ever forget that and completely be okay with Ishita. Which is why isse point pe se the relationship Ruhi shared with Ishita, she shared with Raman till the end. Likewise, when they keep harping on and on about how she's a superhuman goddess, its not surprising that the audience will look at her making mistakes with a very very negative lens as well. I love all four principle characters of YHM, but when the other three make a mistakes, its legit, what a pain, but the audience doesn't detach from them regardless, since being highly highly flawed is just a part of their characters. With Ishita on the other hand, since she's meant to be flawless, it just makes it that much harder to connect with her character again when she messes up since she isn't meant to make mistakes. With Shagun my opinion is slightly different.. I feel like she did genuinely love all her kids a lot, but she loved herself that much more. That was one difference between Raman Ishita and Shagun from the start. She was never as selfless as Raman Ishita were, and wasn't able to put others before herself. If she was content in her own life, she adored her kids, when she wasn't, she thought of herself first then her kids. And I always felt like the leap was consistent with Shagun at least. She turned positive since the two biggest threats to her having everything, namely Ishita and Ruhi were dead. Even if it was just for namesakes, everyone thought she was Raman's wife and she was living a luxurious life with both her kids. From the second that it was threatened, she reverted back to her usual tactics, and once she fell in love with Mani, she again stopped all her scheming. And Raman has ben done super dirty tbh, especially after the leap, after the leap there seems to be a consistent narrative that Raman is never right and Ishita is literally never wrong 🤣🤣🤣 If you can see his POV then you're wrong too since she isn't 🤣 And yep, this is very very true for both characters, again I don't think YHM is a bad show. Despite its flaws, its still one of my top 5 favourite Indian shows, but blame it partly on not knowing when to end the show, blame it partly on not knowing what to show, blame it on offscreen politics since I know a lot of stuff was going on behind the scenes behind some of the worst storylines. Whatever the reason was, the show faltered badly in some places and had nothing but the acting of the leads holding it together after a point. They already made this exact same fatal flaw at the leap, more than Raman Ishita Karan Divyanka had me believing their love for Ruhi is at a level where no one else can reach, since like I keep saying this was already an unbelievable blunder from the writer's perspective. But with Adi's death, that final string was also forever cut. At the end of it, Ruhi was at least alive. Adi's death on the other hand, cut the final cord with this show as well. That blunder was too big to ever overcome.
